Mary Jo's Lakeside Garden

Last Friday I was part of two planning meetings for the Catholic Coalition for Church Reform’s 2010 Synod, “Claiming Our Place at the Table.” Actually, quite a number of meetings for the planning of this synod have been taking place since the April 18 prayer breakfast that launched the coalition and announced both the 2010 synod and a 2011 synod. It’s an exciting time in our local church.

Anyway, the second meeting I was part of last Friday was at my friend Mary Jo’s home on the shores of Rice Lake in Fridley. It was in Mary Jo’s beautiful lakeside garden that I captured the following images. Enjoy!
