Tragedy in Minneapolis

It's the early hours of August 2, and my thoughts and prayers are with all who have been affected by the disastrous bridge collapse that occurred yesterday here in the Twin Cities. At least nine people have been reported killed, with many others injured and up to twenty people missing.

The photo above shows the devastation as a result of the Interstate 35W bridge collapsing into the Mississippi River during evening rush hour. (Associated Press Photo/The Star Tribune, Heather Munro.)

Following are four other images of this tragedy gathered from various online news outlets.

Michael - Please add my prayers to the heap for those who have lost their lives or the lives of their family members in this awful, awful tragedy.

Glad you were not among those who were on that bridge.
