We are now losing Iraq/Afghanistan vets at the rate of one suicide a day. Incomplete VA studies estimate we lost as many Viet Nam vets to suicide as we did in the war. 55,000+ for each class of fatality, but the suicides don't count in fatality statistics.
War is devastating on morale. Not just for our military but also for their families. I can not believe we are talking about war with Iran. Can't believe it.
