We are at a red alert moment for American democracy. It’s time to take a stand together.
ICE has become far more than an immigration agency — it’s the blueprint for militarizing our communities. With our tax dollars, we’re funding armed agents who operate with minimal oversight, conduct warrantless raids, and treat American neighborhoods like occupied territory.
Look at Minnesota right now. Federal forces have turned a major American city into a militarized zone. Only the brave, peaceful resistance of ordinary residents stands between us and a complete breakdown of democratic norms.
This isn’t about border security or immigration policy anymore. It’s about whether we’ll accept a heavily armed federal force that can sweep through any town in America, detain people without due process, and answer to no one.
When we normalize this level of state power and violence, we’re building the infrastructure of authoritarian control.
I don’t want my tax dollars funding the transformation of America into a police state. Do you?
