Flexibility and Flow

A balanced, healthy masculinity is less about force or brute strength, the hypermasculinity that our society currently regards as “manly.” Instead, it’s more about flexibility and flow. The Sacred Masculine is akin to a dancer’s lithe strength as opposed to the inflexible mass of a bodybuilder. It’s a different sort of muscle, a different way of being in the world.
